The Skiff whilst having the same overall length as the Scaffie has less beam making a superb sailing craft whichh is also ideal for rowing.

An all up weight of only 160kg means the Skiff is easy to tow, easy to launch and easy to recover. When the wind drops the Skiff is light enough to be easily rowed or she can be motored using a mere 1.5kw of engine power.

A sloop rig utilising and a standing lug mainsail, loose footed for safety, give the Skiff all the performance one could want from a boat designed to be enjoyed by all the family.

As with all the boats in the Drascombe range, the Skiff has sufficient boyancy, built in, to support the crew in the water. This ensures that a spirited lively boat as the Skiff will provide excitement whilst retaining the safety of a Drascombe.
